This artwork appears to be done by Milton Caniff, reknowned twntieth century newspaper strip writer and artist. His classic strips were Terry And The Pirates during World War II, and Steve Canyon, Air Force pilot and Sigma Chi character! Brother Caniff was a pioneer in creating his own, original character to allow him to have creative and financial control of his work (rather than be controlled by the syndicate). His illustrations appear in The Norman Shield. The shirt looks cool as well! IHSV
